SATISFACTION GUARANTEED – 7 DAY TRIAL PROGRAM

NOTE: Legendary Gear’s 7 Day Trial program is for waterfowl game calls only, due to the nature and composition of turkey and other species game calls and apparel.

Step 1 – Order your waterfowl game call(s) from Legendary Gear on our website.

Step 2 – Receive your waterfowl call(s).  Run them and check them out for up to 7 days.  If any of these waterfowl calls don’t fit your calling style, simply repackage the call(s) in the SAME BRAND PACKAGING they arrived in, and return them in the SAME NEW CONDITION that you received them and mail them to Legendary Gear.  We recommend returning your package insured with tracking information.  Legendary Gear will inspect your waterfowl call return(s) for any wear or damage before approving a full refund, less the cost of shipping and handling from your original order.

Step 3 – Legendary Gear is not responsible for products that are lost during shipping, so please return your products insured with tracking. Legendary Gear does not accept returns or refunds on products that have been returned after the specified trial period.

LIFETIME WARRANTY  for WATERFOWL CALLS!

ACRYLIC, DELRIN® and INJECTED MOLDED ACRYLIC waterfowl calls – Legendary Gear provides a lifetime warranty on acrylic and Delrin® game call parts and calls that are damaged or become damaged as a result of a manufacturing defect. A full replacement of the damaged call or call part (to be determined by Legendary Gear staff based on the claim and evidence) will be provided to the customer using the same part or call or the nearest similar match part or call in stock of equal or greater value than the original defective part or call being claimed. Dropping a call on a hard surface will break a call and will discredit the claim from the lifetime warranty replacement. If call has been damaged as a result of being dropped, please see ‘DAMAGED PRODUCTS’ section below and Legendary Gear will be pleased to remedy the damage with you. Removing the gut system (reed, cork, wedge and/or tone channel) will affect the sound of a waterfowl call. These calls are tuned with great knowledge and experience and we encourage customers not to change the gut system unless they are aware of their actions. If a call needs to be retuned, please see the ‘CUSTOM TUNING SERVICES’ section below.

PREDATOR GAME CALLS – Legendary Gear provides a 2 month limited warranty on predator calls.  If a predator call is damaged or becomes damaged as a result of a manufacturing defect, Legendary Gear will replace the part and/or call with proof of purchase upon being eligible for the warranty replacement (see ‘Warranty Replacement’ section below). If no part or call is available for replacement, a full refund will be provided to the customer for the cost of the predator call with proof of purchase and upon eligibility of warranty.

WARRANTY REPLACEMENT – To be eligible for part or call replacement:  1st) proof of purchase must be provided, 2nd) proof of damage must be provided to Legendary Gear – be sure to keep damaged part/product, 3rd) email: InfoLegendaryGear@gmail.com and initiate damaged part dialogue, and 4th) be prepared to return damaged part/product to Legendary Gear after return approval has been provided to you, if asked to do so.  Multiple damaged part/call returns by the same customer or household may be denied if repeat gross negligence is perceived by Legendary Gear staff.

Lifetime Warranty exclusions: Products purchased outside the United States and Canada. Wood waterfowl game calls are warrantied for two years from date of purchase due to the nature of wood material and the need for owner’s caution and care of wood products in outdoor environments. Turkey pot calls and apparel category products are excluded from lifetime warranty.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS that are not the result of manufacturer’s defect, such as dropping a call on a hard surface, in part or whole, can be replaced at cost based on Legendary Gear’s current estimated value of the call or part needing to be replaced and stock of part or call in inventory at the time of claim. CUSTOM TUNING SERVICES – Legendary Gear & Lynch Mob Calls

Custom tuning services are provided for Legendary Gear and Lynch Mob Calls waterfowl calls for the life of the call and brand.  All you pay is the return shipping and postage costs and any additional material costs, if additional materials are needed for your call.  Please refer to the details provided at the top of LegendaryGearUSA.com’s website landing page, entitled, ‘TUNING’ for complete details.  Follow the directions on the downloadable form carefully.

FAST AND EFFICIENT SHIPPING

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Legendary Gear. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

Standard shipping is usually less than 24 HOURS from receipt of order by USPS PRIORITY mail (for USA orders).  USPS First class mail is generally used for Canada orders. TRACKING information is emailed on all orders. There may be a delay in order fulfillment on Sundays, during holidays and while staff is traveling.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Legendary Gear ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and Canada.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active upon receipt of USPS.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Legendary Gear is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost orders

Legendary Gear is not liable for any products lost after product delivery.  Legendary Gear automatically emails tracking numbers via email on all orders.

Damaged orders

If you receive a product that has been damaged during shipping, Legendary Gear must be notified within 5 working days of your receipt of product(s).  Please keep all products and packaging.  Unless otherwise notified, Legendary Gear will send you a return label for products damaged during delivery.  Send the products back to Legendary Gear and, upon review and approval by quality control staff, Legendary Gear will replace the product piece (in part or whole) for exchange with the same product part if available, or an equal or higher valued product.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to Canada.
