Entrants – Anyone over the age of 18 may enter and they must be a resident, with mailing address, in the USA or Canada. This give away promotion is voided where prohibited by law. All give away promotion entrants release Legendary Gear from any and all claims related to this give away promotion. To enter, just be a viewer of the show that offers a free giveaway within elibible time period which will start at the time the show is published and will commence on or before 3 months post publication date of each particular show offering a giveaway. No purchase is necessary to enter and does not increase your chances of winning a prize(s).
Winnerwill be randomly drawn from the giveaway show viewers using a free online tool like commentshark.com or commentpicker.com on or before 3 months post published date of the show to YouTube. The winner will be notified using the comment section on Legendary Gear’s YouTube channel and/or Facebook and/or Instagram messaging services. Legendary Gear is responsible for administering this giveaway. If winner does not claim prize within 72 hours of notification attempt, Legendary Gear reserves the right to draw a new, replacement winner who will be contacted in the same manner as described herein. Legendary Gear reserves the right to share, promote and/or advertise winner as a result of give away promotion.

Winner will be selected on date posted on Contest promotion, and will be posted within days of being selected on Legendary Gear’s Facebook page and/or Legendary Gear will attempt to notify winner on Facebook’s Messenger platform. Winner will be subjectively selected by Legendary Gear’ owner, designer and/or ambassador based on contest content, guidelines and criteria described within contest promotion. If winner does not claim prize within 72 hours of contact attempt, Legendary Gear reserves the right to select a new, replacement winner who will be contacted in the same manner as described herein.
