GIFT GIVERS – Purchase Instructions
Step 1 – The ‘Gift Giver’ orders the gift card voucher at the value they desire!
Step 2 – Legendary Gear will email a special and unique Gift Card Voucher code that the Gift Giver can give to the Gift Recipient via through an electronic share (email, text message, etc…) or by downloading our Gift Card Voucher that the gift giver will receive within 24 hours of ordering.
Step 3 – The Gift Recipient uses the Gift Card Voucher code on Legendary Gear USA.com at their leisure within 12 months of receipt.
GIFT RECIPIENTS – General Redemption Instructions
To redeem your gift card/voucher, please follow these simple steps during the checkout process:
- Shop as usual and add the items you wish to purchase to your online shopping cart.
- Proceed to checkout when you are ready to complete your order.
- Enter your unique code in the designated “Gift Card or Promo Code” field.
- Click “Apply” to deduct the gift card value from your order total.
- Review your new total and provide additional payment if necessary, as described below.
SPECIFIC SCENARIOS
If Your Order Total is Less Than the Voucher Value
If the total cost of your order is less than the value of your gift card, the remaining balance will stay on your gift card/account for future purchases. You can use the same code on subsequent orders until the balance reaches zero.
- Example: For a $50 gift card used on a $30 purchase, you will have $20 remaining balance available for next time.
If Your Order Total is More Than the Voucher Value
If your order total exceeds the value of your gift card, you will be prompted to provide an additional form of payment (credit card, debit card, etc.) to cover the remaining balance. Your gift card will be fully redeemed first, and the extra amount will be charged to your secondary payment method.
- Example: For a $50 gift card used on a $75 purchase, the $50 will be deducted, and you will pay the remaining $25 with another payment method.
IMPORTANT TERMS
- Gift card vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by state law.
- Please treat your gift card voucher code like cash; it will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
