Step 1 – Order your waterfowl call(s) from Legendary Gear on our website.
Step 2 – Receive your waterfowl call(s). Run them and check them out for up to 72 hours. If any of these waterfowl calls don’t fit your calling style, simply repackage the call(s) in the SAME BRAND PACKAGING (call bag and camo box) they arrived in, and return them in the SAME NEW CONDITION that you received them and mail them to Legendary Gear at your shipping expense. We recommend you mail your return package with insurance and tracking information, as we cannot insure your return package for you and refunds are approved upon Legendary Gear’s safe receipt of undamaged and ‘like new’ product(s).
Step 3 – Legendary Gear will inspect your waterfowl call return(s) for any wear or damage, and upon approval of ‘like new’ product receipt, Legendary Gear will refund the cost of your returned waterfowl call product(s), less the amount paid for shipping and handling, per instructions herein.
Please Note – Legendary Gear does not accept returns or refunds on products that have been shipped back to Legendary Gear after the 72 hour trial period, but 72 hours is a long time to run a waterfowl call! Give it a try and if the call you ordered does not fit your style, just return your call(s) in a package with a post mark no later than 72 hours from the time you received this same call product order. Returns acceptable for refunds must be received in the same new condition and in the same brand packaging that was originally shipped to customer by Legendary Gear.

Shipment processing time
Orders generally ship within 24 HOURS by USPS PRIORITY 2-DAY mail (for USA orders) and TRACKING information is emailed on all orders. Orders are fulfilled and shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order (except on Sundays, holidays and occasionally when staff is traveling).
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Legendary Gear ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and Canada.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active upon receipt of USPS.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Legendary Gear is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Legendary Gear is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
